Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery areas and rates

• United Arab Emirates: AED 25 standard delivery, or free on eligible orders as shown at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
• GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): AED 50. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
• Rest of world: AED 70. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance or public holidays.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties and local taxes. Unless shown as included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain destinations due to carrier regulations. Any such restriction will be shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
