We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours, packaging and product images may vary slightly from the item you receive. All products are for external use only. Please review the ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

All sales are final. Refunds, returns and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including the Arabian Essence name, logo, monogram, images and text, is the property of Arabian Essence and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
