Refund policy

All sales at Arabian Essence are final. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at hello@arabianessence.ae within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
